Visiting this website

This public site explains the service. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics tools, or an on-site form that collects customer records. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. See OpenAI’s privacy policy for information about its services.

Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond, assess whether the service fits your business and discuss an agreement. Please do not email passwords, bank details or a customer list with your initial inquiry. Email is handled through Gmail and is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Information used to deliver a pilot

Before starting, we agree what estimate and contact details are needed, how to share them, who may use them, and how to return or delete them. Customer records belong in the private service workspace, not on this public website. Access is limited to the agreed service process. Reports are prepared for the relevant contractor.

We review closed service records after 90 days and delete them when no longer needed, subject to the agreement and any applicable retention obligations. Minimal contact identifiers may remain to respect opt-out requests. These identifiers are not anonymous data. Exported copies require separate handling.

Payments

Online checkout is being set up and is not currently enabled on this site. When payment is available, the payment provider will process payment details directly; do not send card or bank details by email. The provider and applicable terms will be shown before payment.

Your requests

You can ask what service information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or tell us to stop contacting you. We may need to verify the request and retain limited information where needed to honor an opt-out or meet an obligation.
