The 30-day pilot

Follow Through is a managed estimate follow-up service operated by Christian Harrell. These details explain the proposed pilot. The start date, responsibilities and remaining terms are agreed in writing before payment or work begins.

Online checkout is not open yet. You can request the pilot by email. Sending an inquiry does not place an order, reserve capacity or create a charge.

Price and included work

The introductory pilot price is $149 USD for 30 days from the agreed start date. It covers up to 30 quote threads, at most two approved follow-ups per thread (60 follow-ups total), and a weekly status report. Any applicable tax and the total amount due will be disclosed before payment.

Work beyond this scope requires a separate agreement. Continuous inbox coverage, lead generation, negotiating prices, making scheduling commitments and guaranteeing sales are not included.

Your control and responsibilities

You provide accurate current quote details, approved contact channels, relevant opt-outs, and an authorized signature. We agree who checks for new replies, who approves each exact message and who sends it. No follow-up should go out before those checks. You retain pricing, project and customer decisions.

This is an early service pilot, with manual delivery. There is no promise of additional replies, booked jobs, revenue or profit. A homeowner may decline or not respond.

Before payment

• Confirm the service is a fit and agree the 30-day start and end dates.
• Agree review times, sender access, approvals and a response process.
• Agree cancellation, refunds, and what happens if either party cannot proceed.
• Agree how customer data will be shared, returned or deleted.
• Confirm the payment method, amount due and receipt.

Do not transfer payment or share a customer list until these details are agreed. This website does not replace that agreement.

Renewal

Ongoing service is offered at $249 USD per month by separate agreement. There is no automatic renewal or recurring charge from the pilot. Unless we agree otherwise, the same 30-thread limit applies and unresolved threads carried forward count toward the next cycle.
